The difference between love and war?
One involves an excruciating amount of physical and psychological pain...
the other is war.
My name is Doris, I'm from England originally but I'm currently living in Sydney with my boyfriend (he can be found at borisanddoris), battling through visa issues, missing prawn cocktail crisps and getting used to the fact that not all Aussies are Paul Hogan Clones.
I love writing, photography and I draw every so often. My journal is a mixture of public and friends only entries, with most of the gory stuff – relationships, sex, mood swings hidden away in protected entries.
I started a new journal when I moved to Australia to get a fresh start on my new life, I love it here, but that doesn't stop me longing for the grey skies and green hills of home.
